Connections link a cloud storage provider to Tridi so eligible files can be
imported without uploading them by hand. Manage them from the Connections
tab.
Key terms
Link a cloud storage provider to import eligible files.
When enabled, new eligible files are imported automatically.
Don’t see your provider? Submit a request to add it.
Connect a provider
Open Connections
Go to the Connections tab and pick a provider.
Authorize Tridi
Sign in to the provider and grant access. Tridi reads eligible files; it
does not modify or delete anything in your storage.
Choose auto-upload
Turn on auto-upload to import new eligible files as they appear, or leave
it off and import manually.
Supported providers
| Provider | Status |
|---|
| Google Drive | Available |
| Dropbox | Available |
| OneDrive | Available |
| Box | Available |
| iCloud | Available (iOS) |
| ProtonDrive | Available |
| Mega | Available |
| pCloud | Available |
iCloud is available on iOS. Don’t see your provider? Use Suggest new in
the Connections tab to request it.
Auto-upload
With auto-upload on, Tridi watches the connected account and imports new
eligible files for open tasks automatically. Only files that match a task are
imported — see Tasks for what counts as eligible. Imported files run
through the same review as any other submission; see Earnings for
how payouts post.
Manage or disconnect
Open a connected provider from the Connections tab to toggle auto-upload,
re-authorize if access expired, or disconnect. Disconnecting stops future
imports; it does not remove submissions already accepted. If a connection
shows an error, re-authorize it, then contact support if it keeps
failing.
